Notes & justification
When al-Kisāʾī pauses on al-ḥāqqah (āyāt 1–3) and bi-l-qāriʿah (āyah 4) he has both fatḥ and imālah of the feminine hāʾ, because the letter before it — qāf in the one, ʿayn in the other — is among the letters gathered in the phrase ḥaqqun ḍighāṭu ʿaṣin khaẓā, before which the hāʾ is not leaned on the principal view.
