al-imālah al-kubrā
The long ā is pronounced well toward ī, and the fatḥah before it toward kasrah — so مُوسَىٰ sounds closer to mūsē than mūsā. Ḥamzah and al-Kisāʾī are the readers most associated with it.
How it sounds
Comparable to the vowel of English 'bed' lengthened, rather than 'father'. Warsh is usually described as never using the full bend, only the half — but the book records exactly one exception: he inclines the hāʾ of ﴿طه﴾ with full imālah, and inclines nothing else in the Qurʾān that way (Vol. I p. 199).
